What path should you follow in life? 

When you follow your natural genius, life becomes a joy. But if you focus on your weaknesses, everything becomes hard. Yes, but life is hard, and we have to do many things what we do not like but we must. - I hear my mom saying. 

Listen! There are four types of genius. We all have a little of each genius, but have more of one than the others. When you follow your genius, you end up doing what you love, and loving what you do. These four link to the four seasons:

Dynamo Genius - Ideas Smart: Great at starting things, but not so good at finishing, like Albert Einstein & Richard Branson. I am this type leader: creating new concepts, visions, ideas and finding 3 people to realize it: production (consultation), marketing (communication), finance (calculation). Does not matter it is food or fashion industry, I want to create new things. Better then others (better for others) but co-working with strong concepts. I focus on strategy. New ideas all the time. It comes for me naturally.

Blaze Genius - People Smart: Loves people, but gets distracted quickly, like Marilyn Monroe & Oprah Winfrey

Tempo Genius - Senses Smart: Grounded, but often gets lost in activity, like Nelson Mandela & Mother Teresa

Steel Genius - Detail Smart: Takes care of the detail, but often over-cautious, like Mark Zuckerberg & Benjamin Franklin
