FOOD #70 Vegan 'galuska'? What?

Today I tried it out how it gonna be if I am vegan. Normally I love fish. Tuna, salmon or any fish. And please God, find me a husband who also loves eating fish. But today I tried galuska vegan version out. Galuska is a typical Hungarian (in German: SpƤtzle ) soft egg noodle found in the cuisines of southern Germany,  Austria, Switzerland and  Hungary .  But I made it without eggs . Only flour, herbs and water. It is cooked in boiling water. You can serve it with any steamed vegetables. In the video below Caitlin shows you what she eats for breakfast, lunch and dinner. (Ralph Lauren, Perry Ellis, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger himself of course). With success, because at the end of the eighties Hilfiger had a turnover of more than $ 25 million annually.
