FOOD #70 Vegan 'galuska'? What?
Today
I tried it out how it gonna be if I am vegan. Normally I love fish.
Tuna, salmon or any fish. And please God, find me a husband who also
loves eating fish.
But
today I tried galuska vegan version out. Galuska is a typical
Hungarian (in German: SpƤtzle)
soft egg noodle found in
the cuisines of southern
Germany, Austria, Switzerland
and Hungary. But
I made it without eggs.
Only flour, herbs and water. It is cooked in boiling water. You can serve it with any steamed vegetables. In the video below Caitlin shows you what she eats for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Season vegetables in March:
chives
