FOOD #70 Vegan 'galuska'? What?

Today I tried it out how it gonna be if I am vegan. Normally I love fish. Tuna, salmon or any fish. And please God, find me a husband who also loves eating fish.

But today I tried galuska vegan version out. Galuska is a typical Hungarian (in German: Spätzle) soft egg noodle found in the cuisines of southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Hungary. But I made it without eggs. Only flour, herbs and water. It is cooked in boiling water. You can serve it with any steamed vegetables. In the video below Caitlin shows you what she eats for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Season vegetables in March:
chives
parsley
radish
carrot

Later in the year: April: spinach, lettuce, May: kohlrabi, asparagus, new potato June: peas July: chard, zucchini August: stars pumpkin, paprika, tomato September: green beans October: broccoli, fennel, cabage November: kale, sweet potato December: beetroot January: leek, chicory, pumpkin: February: parsnips
