Quarantene Day 9 (English) Karantรฉn 7. nap (Magyarul) Eat well, sleep well, build your brand, as the title says. Yes, now that your 9am-5pm job is gone temporary, you can focus on your business goals. If you are no idea what I am talking about: I am the founder of BodabagsFashion. I co-work with GlobalWomanClub British PR agency in Amsterdam. FOOD #70 Vegan 'galuska'? What?

Today I tried it out how it gonna be if I am vegan. Normally I love fish. Tuna, salmon or any fish. And please God, find me a husband who also loves eating fish. But today I tried galuska vegan version out. Galuska is a typical Hungarian (in German: Spรคtzle ) soft egg noodle found in the cuisines of southern Germany,  Austria, Switzerland and  Hungary .  But I made it without eggs . Only flour, herbs and water. It is cooked in boiling water. You can serve it with any steamed vegetables. In the video below Caitlin shows you what she eats for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
