FASHION #50 How to sleep wel after a long day?

How to sleep wel after a long day? Worked till 5PM. and played football (soccer)? Still a #deadline above your head?  Falling in sleep is not always easy. Watching the fly, counting the sheeps, or just take a good sleeping mask. I try to upload masks for teens but my computer does not want to co-work. These masks are so fancy that you gonna borrow it from your girlfriend.  I am hearing you to say: "I have a little sister or brother or baby boy, #babygirl. So I can not sleep."  Everybody needs good #sleep. Sometimes 2 hours in the afternoon makes wonder. Yesterday I walked 3 hours and and I fell in sleep in 3 minutes. And it was sooo easy to wake up!
